About Hinterland Property Management:

Our mission: To partner with and provide exceptional property management products and services to real estate and other asset investors (clients or partners) and tenant customers in the North and Central Texas market areas in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. We strive to provide world-class value to our clients, partners, and customers while managing safe, habitable, and desirable investment properties which enable a reasonable return on the real estate investment and reducing risk over time through continuous process improvement, strategic management, sustainable leverage, time management, preparation, synergy, persistence, and personal accountability. Hinterland Property Management (formerly known as HardinSoft Property Management) was formed in 2005. We work with a licensed Texas real estate broker, Westward Realty and Management Group in Dallas, Texas. We provide valuable products and services to investors and other stakeholders requiring professional management services in the North Texas and Central Texas market areas and the total equity value of the managed portfolio does not exceed $2,000,000 per client or partner.

Products and services are provided in compliance with the Texas Real Estate License Act (TRELA), US fair housing laws, local zoning requirements, HOA rules (if applicable), restrictive covenants, the Texas property code, municipal ordinances, and the National Assocation of REALTORS® Code of Ethics.
